Established as part of Culinard, the culinary institute of Virginia College, the Cafés serve a unique and high quality breakfast and lunch selection.
Each location serves as a learning lab environment for tomorrow's great culinary artists, as they work alongside professional chefs in a real world compliment to their classroom education Local residents can satisfy their culinary curiosity on an assortment of breakfast sandwiches like Southwestern Chorizo and Cheese containing spicy chorizo, scrambled egg, peppers, onions and cheese, served on fresh ciabatta bread and signature lunch offers like a Chicken Pesto Panini.
